The Palmeraie will encompass 200,000 square feet of retail, hospitality, office and residential uses on 122 acres in the high desert. The masterplan incorporates Palmeraie Shops, the Ritz Carlton Resort Spa and Fendi Private Residences. A namesake of the Palmeraie “Palm Oasis” in Morrocco, the experience is envisioned as a lush “Oasis” in the desert featuring views of Camelback, Mummy and McCormick mountains.
The Palmeraie Shops feature over 100 premium luxury boutiques and restaurants. Centrally located class-A office space have terrace mountain views.
Building “B” incorporates a promenade galleria of shops aligning with views of Camelback mountain. Contextually responsive to the desert environment with facade sunscreens and pedestrian shaded walkways.
Landscape will be the premiere feature of the Palmeraie with lush planting, water features, shade pergolas and programmed activity spaces including concert and pop-up retail lawn, car display, games and play spaces.
