HIGHLAND RIDGE

NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE

Designed by Scott Hall, AIA while Lead Designer at Omniplan

Highland Ridge Tower is a 12-story 300,000 SF LEED Silver office building located along the ridge of a 10-acre site near the Nashville International Airport. The project is the fourth phase and landmark building of a multi-tower office campus. Floor plates are 25,000 SF with efficient building core and flexibility for full or multi-tenant configuration. The timeless modern architectural character is complimented by an interesting curtainwall configuration, landmark tower element and high quality materials. The six-level parking garage is cut into the natural sloping topography of the site to minimize its impact.
