Equestrian Center

Situated on a 10-acre urban site along a 100-acre greenbelt, the Equestrian Center “sport and wellness” vision includes 200,000 SF of facilities for Training, Education, Treatment, Competition, Socializing, and Events.  The adjacent greenbelt will accommodate trail-riding, mountain biking and hiking activities.  The project improvements include remodel of 2 existing Arenas, the addition of 1 new Training and Competition Arena, Stables, Paddock and Round pens.  A landmark tower will accommodate event space and an observation deck for views of the greenbelt.  Social space include a restaurant and dining deck overlooking the greenbelt, Horse lounge, wellness spa and event space.  Education facilities include classrooms, hippotherapy, equine veterinary treatment and petting zoo.  Special events including music and rodeo are accommodated.
